Put yourself first.

This may sound selfish at first but think about it. If you are stressed out you can't possibly take care of others effectively. Taking time out for you can be a simple as walking in nature for 20 minutes a day. Find your nearest park or if you're lucky enough to live close to the ocean kick your shoes off and walk on the sand. There's something so therapeutic about being outside away from the computer and phone that rejuvenates the spirit. Leave your phone in the car and resist the temptation to talk on your phone on your walk. Try it today and let me know how good you feel.
