Do you have a medical condition that keeps you house bound?

Our customers sometimes can't leave the house due to medical conditions. That's why they love our mobile spa services. One of our loyal customers is Marianne. She has Cerebral Palsy. Her favorite spa treatment is a facial. We set up in her bedroom and turn it into her very own spa. We play relaxing music of her choice and burn aromatherapy candles. Her caregiver lifts her onto the massage table.
Both of her daughters (who live out of state) found us on line. Unable to visit as often as they wish they could, Sue and Mary were in search of an in home service to pamper their mom.
Their main concern was that we were familiar with Marianne's condition. Once we reassured them that we have medical experience they booked our service and continue to do so every month. We always take a picture at the end of the service with Marianne smiling and send it to the daughters!

Get on a regular schedule- benefits of massage will increase.

How often do you get a massage? Once a week, twice a month or once or twice a year. Maybe when someone else buys you a gift certificate? If you commit to a regular fitness regime and a healthy diet why not schedule a massage on a consistent basis. If you are on a budget ask your massage therapist if they offer discounts if you buy more than one session up front. We do!

If stress is responsible for 90% of disease massage is your answer!
I'll try anything once, twice if I like it, three times to make sure. Mae West

Not just a back rub.

Massage has so many benefits. It's not just a back rub. I was once called a "Back Scratcher". That came from the mouth of a five year old. Maybe I should say massage is not just a back scratch! Here are some of the wonderful things massage can do:
Stimulate lymph circulation and enhance immunity (less colds and flu.)
Improve sleep and calm the mind.
Alleviate lower back pain.
Increase range of motion ( helps ease joint stiffness.)
Improve muscle tone.
Improve elasticity of the skin.
If you have you experienced any of these amazing benefits please share them with us.

Need a vaction from your vacation?

I just got finished with a couples massage. Exhausted from a 7 day vacation in the Caribbean with their boys aged 11 and 13, Linda and Simon had no quality time to themselves or each other.
Don't get me wrong they had a great time. However they spent more time running around after their kids than getting their batteries recharged. Their side by side massages in the comfort of their home was the remedy.
Did you know a one hour massage is as effective a s a three hour nap.
It increases circulation, allowing the body to pump more oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs. It stimulates the flow of lymph, the body's natural defense system, against toxic invaders.
No wonder you feel so good after a massage.

Are you forgoing your vacation?

Almost one third of Americans are postponing or reducing their vacation plans this year.
This can backfire according to University of Rochester psychologist Richard Ryan.
Spending time away from work is; "Critically important to a person's happiness.
Far from frivolous, time off work provides critical opportunities for basic psychological needs of bonding with others, exploring interests and relaxing." We would love to hear how you plan to spend your vacation time.
