December is now in full swing, and our schedules are full of commitments-- holiday parties, shopping for gifts, and all of the other plans that come about this time of year. Even though this is a busy period, make time for yourself, you will truly be better for it. "Add some water to an old pot you do not use much. Place in some cinnamon and cloves. Add some orange or lemon peels and let it simmer. Beats any chemical laden plug-in."
