Get on a regular schedule- benefits of massage will increase.

How often do you get a massage? Once a week, twice a month or once or twice a year. Maybe when someone else buys you a gift certificate? If you commit to a regular fitness regime and a healthy diet why not schedule a massage on a consistent basis. If you are on a budget ask your massage therapist if they offer discounts if you buy more than one session up front. We do!

81% of Americans are as stressed or more stressed than they were a year ago, according to 2009 survey sponsored by Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
Massage reduces stress and anxiety by lowering the stress hormone cortisol by up to 53%.
